Before you write

If your question is about delivery times, returns, sizing or payment, you may find an immediate answer on our FAQ page. If you are chasing an order, please have your order number handy — it is in your confirmation email.

Returns

Please email us first to start a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free. For all other returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
